Slack tide: the period near the turn of the tide when current is very weak and live bait and jigs may act poorly. Annual update rules

Stable water temperature does not mean automatic bites
The eastern Gulf of Thailand stays relatively warm year-round, so most fish do not have the long feeding stoppage windows seen in cold seas. Stable temperature keeps baitfish and bottom organisms active, which is why some kind of fishing program can be designed in every season.

How conflicts are handled
If an old draft wrote that tuna are most plentiful from December to February, while long-term club records confirm the season starts in August, peaks from September to December, and continues from January to April, the new edition adopts the club's clear convention and downgrades December–February to one strong window rather than the definition of the whole season.
If photos cannot distinguish GT, Indian threadfish, or other trevallies, record them as trevally species, to be verified, rather than forcing GT for promotional effect.
Minimum record standard
Every record that enters formal statistics includes at least a date, route/zone, boat type, method, species or to-be-verified label, quantity/weight convention, and original photo or video. Content missing these fields can only be promotional material and cannot enter trend analysis.

Dark = suitable as a primary target. Medium = encounterable or a secondary target. Light = not worth promising specifically. Tuna's primary season is standardized as August through April; May–July is not a primary window.
Cobia, Spanish mackerel, trevallies, grouper, and snapper are encounterable year-round, but month-to-month differences should be quantified only once there's a solid trip-count denominator.
